My Philips Plasma T.V Model no. 42FD9954/69, Serial no. AG070305110654 (purchased in name of my wife Kala Jain) was working erratically so I made a complaint to Philips and they sent their engineer from their authorized service centre M/s Micro Services on 12/11/2010. The problem with the T.V was that it used to work perfectly most times and sometimes there would be no picture and the power light use to flicker.
