I have dealt with netspend for almost 4 years. i have platinum card and a black card witch i usually no less then 500$ a load . Now, something happened previously to make me question my money so i went to nearest loader gave me a reload card (never saw this before) they are refusing to load the money unto the card . 3 hours later THEY wont' let me speak to a supervisor and didn't know how many #s they had on their card . i m' left with no other choice but to threaten a lawyer for my money what they asked my s.s. no# yet would not give me entire name this company doesn't send you any valid statements . im' more then angry read full review »
