I've been with Wachovia bank for almost 7 years now. Over the years we've had our issues (overdraft fees even though the account wasn't in the negative, triple overdraft fee for one over-drafted check, etc) but this time was the worst. Our local branch finally installed the new ATM - where you can make envelope free deposits of cash and checks. I always loved the fact that you could deposit cash and access it instantly with your card - the idea of envelope free deposits was wonderful in my mind! I'd used it 2-3 time... read full review »
