My father was sent home with a portable oxygen bottle from the hospital. Two days after he was home, an oxygen concentrator and another oxygen cylinder was delivered to his home. The delivery person told my father not to take the portable oxygen cylinder out of his home, that it was to be used only if his power was out. Anyone with a similar experience? Trying to understand why a delivery person would tell a patient something different than what was on the doctor order that was faxed to the company. read full review »
