While shopping in the macy store in charlotte n.c. i used a restroom. for such an upscale store it is too bad they cannot provide a better grade of bathroom tissue. the tissue was one ply, thin and scratchy. both my son and my self were really surprised at the low quality in such a high quality department store. just wanted to share our disappointment in the low standards provided for customers. this is a small matter but i feel if people are not made aware of this it may effect business. it was going into a mcdonalds instead of macy's. i will continue to watch for sales but make sure not to use the restrooms in any macy store. read full review »
