HIT Web Designs, formerly known as Heritage Web Design contacted me after I submitted a request for a bid for a web site design through a third party service. They told me they could design my website from scratch, provide hosting and design a logo, all for $400.00. I hired them and gave them my AMEX Platinum card number to start the work.
