I was on time up to August of 09. I wanted to skip a payment and a rep tells me I can’t until September, also told me I can do 2 skip a payments (For September, October) I call back in September. Some other rep tells me that, I can’t do it till October 09 to call on Oct 21st to do the skip a payment, now I am behind a month on my payments. I get 3 to four cals every 2 days from them because I am late. I tell them that they told me to call on October 21 st. They say, Oh sorry to have called you.
