On March 21st, 2011 My wife Carol Called Bell Canada and was speaking to Line #id xx357 she kept on telling Carol that we have a contract and that we cannot cancel the service. I got on the phone and spoke to her explaining to her that we do not have a contract and we did not agree to those terms. She also told me there would be a cancellation fee of $100 put on the account and if not paid would go to collections.
