This company American Law Division of California called me today December 6, 2010 at my place of work and threaten me that if I did not pay them over $1200 that they would send a lawsuit to my job, and I was going to jail and would lose my job if I did not pay them. The caller had a heavy accent and identified himself as Mr. Mike Jones, then he stated his name was Mr. Mike Johnson. When I asked what was this in regards to he said a payday loan company.
