Early Nov I locked in at 3.875% for a 30 year refinance. House appraised good, my credit is excellent. I am a beneficiary of a Trust so I have to write off losses that the Trust incurs on a schedule K for trusts and estates on my taxes. They kept delaying me saying that seemed fishy. It was if they didn't even know what a trust was. So 3 months go by, now interest rates have gone up almost a full %.
