1. They said the federal filing was free, then they charged me 29.99 and also charged me the same for the state. They lied and cheated about the cost. They wait until you are done and then want your credit card number, and you don't know what you are paying until you give them that. Scam! I did this because it showed up on the Comcast front page - what a ripoff! 2. The tax form was inaccurate.
