Outstanding amount was converted to EMI option. Subsequently upon confirming with Customer care that outstanding if closed would cancel the EMI option, closed outstanding with a single cheque in Oct 2010. They have been going on charging EMI even after that and are trying to collect the full amount again through EMI saying that I did not inform for EMI closure.
