i have bought two split AC unit form Whirpool and they said that for one year of warranty they will give 4 free services. till date they have done only two services and that too they have not done service of the outdoor unit. now they are saying that since the warranty period is getting over they will not service the outdoor unit. callling the coustemer care is useless as nobody comes for service and they will keep us on hold. i sincerely advice everbody not to buy any of the whirpool products. read full review »
