In mid February, I went in to upgrade my phone. [upgrade date was 2-6] Picked out one with a touch screen. The 'manager' paid more attention to his co-worker than to me, the customer. To institute service on this phone, he had to drop my current plan, initiate service and them reapply the plan. The thing is..he forgot the part with text messages.
