Hello, I am having internet broadband connection with landline No. 40954251 with account ID 15415134. i was not at home, so my sister paid INR 499.00 to collection agent on march 16, 2011. But he made receipt on name of Mr. Vikas Thakur having landline No. 42229545. So the amount i paid is not reflecting in my account details. The bill receipt no. 000266740. I am attaching a proof also for the same. Please look into the issue and update the billing amount to my Account ID 15415134. read full review »
