I have bought this service from hosting seva, located in cox town bangalore - web hosting package about 3 months back since then i have been having problems with sites not working, data base problems and some times google emails problems. When I spoke to that MD Padmasree Harish and her husband Harish Both said on to my face that they dont give refund, infact they dont even have a refund policy.
