They served me a Spicy Sausage Pasta with a cockroach last March 7, 2011 in their Shopwise Commonwealth branch. It was a very humiliating moment. I have eaten about half of the food already when I noticed that there was a roach. I had to go to the public restroom to throw up the dish served to me. I ordered the food with much trust in your Fruit Magic's quality and above all cleanliness. Moreso, we learned that the food they serve is pre-packed and is delivered to all branches of Fruit Magic.
