I paid $86.52 which was not the agreed price for a real estate question on 9.2.11 which was withdrawn from my visa account . The answer was good and helped me take action needed BUT on 7.3.11 Justanswer took another $86.52 from my visa for the same question which means they charged me twice. The 2nd withdrawal was illegal as it was without my authorization. there is no phone contact number to ring and complain about this.
