ATT needs to at least lie uniformly. I spent a good hour and a half being shuffled between Tech support, DSL repair service, and billing. I have nothing wrong to say about tech support. That poor guy actually did conference calls with me through the other departments and you could tell even he was getting a little shocked by the treatment I was getting. The other two were terrible.
