We were assured that unlike the competitors, ETW was an honest business. Dale said the engine would come with a carfax and made some excuse why it wasn't shipped for 3 weeks. Our mechanic said no carfax was included with the shipment. Luckily he opened up the manifold before firing it up because there were loose parts in it, and a cylinder was leaking..the mechanic said it was a piece of **&((.
