On my February bill from Qwest (corp?) I received a fee for $7.62 from a company I had never heard of named IDL Teleservices, Inc. I inquired of Qwest what this bill was for, and they explained that I must have agreed to these fees when I consented to having this company as my long distance services provider. I reported that I DEFINITELY DID NOT request their service and I inquired into what the fee was for. Qwest stated that this fee was for a 411/directory assistance call.
