I followed an ad to get a free credit report from "Free Credit Report" (http://www.freecreditreport.com/). I didn't expect it was part of a free membership trial, and I will be charged 12.95 monthly after the first month. I saw two charges from them on my bank statement. When I try to get a hold of someone on the phone, I'm put on hold for 30 minutes and then the call is hung up each time. read full review »
