I ordered the Biggest Loser 10 seasons - I paid good money 5 DVDs did not work. There were commercials and election coverage all through one season . Parts were missing from another episode and one episode was missing altogher from another season. I was willing to overlook that but the 5 DVDs that did not work needed to be replaced. Chrystal Brooks said that she would replace them if I sent them back - which I did in January. Needless to say I have not received the replacements and now she will not respond to any of my emails. read full review »
