I purchased Bark-Off at Petsmart in Boca Raton, Florida approximately 3 weeks ago and even changed the battery three times because I saw no reaction to it by my 4 year old pomeranian. I was very disappointed that my dog didn't react to it one bit...what can you do for me and what can you suggest. read full review »
