Whitaker Pool & Spa is an organization that opens and closes pools year after year. They state that they have over 20 years experience. My experience unfortunately was a bad one. When they opened up the pool earlier this year they did the following: 1) Forgot to put the ladder in. 2) Did not turn on the gas line for the heater to work. 3) Snapped in the pool lights but did not tighten the screws.
