We hired this company to do some landscaping and outdoor construction . They rebuilt the front porch and the back porch. The front porch was done decently, except for one step which warped. The back porch steps were constructed from a kit (which we didn’t know at first) and were put in incorrectly. We complained to the company owner, which had done the bulk of the work, about the extremely steep pitch of the steps and were told that they were fine. They were not fine.
