After several phone calls to Wells Fargo to ask to modify my loan, and being told that I was not delinquent therefore they could not assist me with a modification. I finally got someone to listen to me and attempted a modifications in 2008 directly with Wells Fargo just to be told after 3-4 months later that my file sat on the wrong desk in the wrong department.
