We have a front load Samsung washing machine that is only 1 1/2yrs old. The washer recently tore the sleeve off of sweater as the sleeve became tangled with the rubber inside seal of the washer (behind front door). The seal itself now has a tear in it which ruined the sweater and of course we cannot use the washer until fixed. Samsung said this was not their fault (of course you are having to talk to someone in India via 1-800 phone number.)
