We have purchased Car on 23rd Dec 2011, Till today that is on completion of 4 months we have not yet recieved the RC Book of our Car. We have requested so many times but no response and they just ignore. They are asking us for extra money which was not at all been agreed, still we thought for RC book if we have to pay we will do that, but they are not ready for that. They want to have cash first and than they will deliver our RC Book. But on what basis we should trust them.
