I called about a problem with an account, and was treated terribly. Couldn't believe the insolence of the so called "general manager". Wouldn't even give me any contact info. Really shocked about the unprofessionalism. BEWARE OF HIDDEN CONDITIONS IN THE CONTRACT! Wouldn't even listen to my situation with an elderly couple living out of state. read full review »
