About three weeks ago, somehow, my phone dock became damaged and my charger didn't work on it. I turned it off. Today, I went to the corporate store to see what my options are on getting my phone fixed. I was told by a friend that I had a one-year warranty on my phone in case anything happened to it. I got there and the guy I talked to was very friendly, very descriptive, and I gave him thanks for describing my situation. I am down-right annoyed at MetroPCS.
