I recently purchased an att phone, which I found to be a disappointment. My main disappointment was the fact that the problems I experienced could easily have been solved before the phone was ever released. Specifically: The keys are too small. While this is a limitation imposed by the size of the phone, a raised center would make the keys easier to discriminate from one another and would help avoid mistyping.
