March 24, 2011 Dear Corporation Executive Officer of each Agency, Attached is a copy of the letter I wrote to Ebay’s CEO John Donahoe regarding two refunds I have yet to receive. I am now forced to take the issue one step further because I have had no response from Mr. Donahoe. Ebay has no problem taking money from credit cards or bank accounts but they certainly have a difficult time returning money.
