I ordered these "authentic" ugg boots from this company and when i received them they were obviously not the real deal. I have contacted them and await a reply, however i tried going back to the website and it appears to be shut down. help!!! I even sent these people a message a few days after i bought them because i suspected i made a mistake and they reassured me they were from an authorized factory. this is their reply in the email i received after i asked them to cancel my order because i realized they might be fake. hello... read full review »
