I asked 7 of my bridesmaids to order their bridesmaid dresses via Lightinthebox. When they received the dresses, they were not the same color we were told they would be, and not the correct color that was ordered. We have contacted them via email, the only means of communication and have not received any response in return. They are not getting back to us, and therefore not processing or refunding any of the dresses. I am extremely upset and heartbroken.
