I ordered a laptop battery from laptop-batteries-shop.ca in September. Within a month of use, the battery would not hold a charge for longer than 5 minutes. I was told to return the battery (under warranty) and a new one would be sent out to me. It's now March and I have sent 4 emails to find out the status of my replacement battery.
