when i ordered direct tv/qwest package, i was not told i locked into a 24 mo. contract. when i cancelled the service because it wasn't all they said it was, i returned the equipment, and actually received a $54.00 check. months later, i received a bill from qwest, stating i owed them $338.00 for a disconnection fee. This is a scam, and i would love to file a suit against them. at this time, i have to pay the $338.00 or they are turning me over to a collection service. don't understand how they can get away with this highway robbery. what a racket !!! read full review »
