I ordered a $100 gift basket with the card written out ready to go. all I needed to do was put in my credit card information and the webpage backed out and my entire order was lost including the original fruit basket arrangement, balloon and Birthday Card. Prior experience and consumer complaints alerted me to their poor customer service but this experience made it clear that it's easier and better to provide business to competent, ethical businesses.
