This company did a buy here pay here/in house financing. I recently retired and needed a few months until my retirement funds came through. I put $4000 down and a $1000 in a repair immediately. I had 4 payments due then a balloon. The contract had a due date with a 10 day grace period. I called them 2 days before it was due and verified the mailing address and due to my SS check arrival date, I mailed the payment 1 day late.
