I have purchased two different puppies from Mr. Joe. I am very happy to say that I've had a great experience. I dont understand why if there was any ill intent ANYONE would have these people come to his home. We have also met his family (beautiful family) and I can honestly say I dont have anything negative to say about Mr. Lozano. We are very happy with the dogs we bought from him and would recommend him to any one willing to hear it.
