I too order the free trial, which ended up costing me about $200 and I am still getting charged for membership fees even after I have cancelled. Have tried to contact them, but can't even get on their live chat anymore. I am contacting my bank tomorrow to see what I can do to stop the charges. Have been unable to contact wu-yi source.
