I ordered ONE trial offer of this program for my granddaughter. I received "2" confirmations. I contacted YBCR and was told I have to wait until I receive both packages, call and get a return number, pay to have it shipped back and then it will take about 30 days to do that. I did NOT get charged the trial offer, I got charged over $200 AND also a 2nd charge. I asked to have the 2nd order cancelled as it was unauthorized and was told there is no way they can cancel the order or reverse my credit card. Their customer service department... read full review »
