I booked a deal through Groupon for laser hair removal of 2 areas. The girl told me that my 2 underarms were counted as 2 areas which is complete and utter lies. I have tried to speak to management about this but they wont listen so I have only received half of the treatment I paid for in the deal. I dont know what else to do as I cant find out if theres an ombudsman for this sort of thing and they have no head office. Can anyone offer any advice?
