Ordered BioFreeze 4 tubes on Feb 16, 2011, payment cleared my bank on Feb 18, 2011. I have not recieved products nor can I get intouch with anyone at the company. Phone calls are not answered; emails are not answered; requests for password are not answered ( have asked at least 6 times with NO response). This is a BOGUS site as far as I am concerned - I will never order from this site again and I hope no one else does either. We are contacting the Ohio Attorney General's Office to see if they can give us recouse for getting our money back as we will probably never get the product ordered. read full review »
