A trouser belonging to a suit was handed in for dry cleaning, to remove a stain from tomato sauce. Upon collection, the stain has not been removed so they send it in again. The second time upon collection, the stain is still there, but this time there is a hole in the fabric. I request for them to acknowledge there is a hole which the attendant recongnizes.
