Oakdale Heights Administrators only care about making a profit rather than treating their Hard-working and grossly-underpaid Employees with respect and consideration. The Residents are cared for by respectful, hard-working employees who break their backs to provide for the Residents'' every need and they don''t even earn a decent living wage!
