Dear sir/madem...this is C.VISHNU MANOHARI iam launching a complaint about my broadband connection set up in my home with a wifi modem.iam in 1099 plan..and paid 1400 for my modem... i dont have a proper net connection because of wrong setup, iam not able to use my laptops...i have told your coustmer care excutive and the agency also but there is no proper response, its been only 10 days i bought the connection and iam not able to access the internet properly...my request is kindlysend a person to change the wiring and set it properly as soon as possiable.
