For the past six months a sum of rupees 30 is deducting from my bsnl mobile prepaid account in connection with the ASTROLOGY SERVICE which was not authorised by me. Several times I had contacted customer service and they are not doing anything. please arrange to stop this service and pay back the amount so far deducted at an early date after investigation. If I am not receiving favourable action I shall move to the higher authority and go for other mobile service. read full review »
