I went to fire stone auto center(Queensbury, NY) to get my car inspected they told me it would be 30 minutes, and it took over an hour and a half. While doing the inspection they said I had a missing lug nut which i did not have one missing when I just had my tires serviced. They were VERY rough on my car, they were kicking my tires off instead of removing them like they are supposed to with their hands.
