Days Inn accepted reservations at full price for rooms that were being renovated and had no heat during the winter. The temperature was 25 degrees at night. In asking for another room which we had been promised we were told all the rooms were full. The tub did not have proper drainage so you stood in dirty bath water while taking a shower. My complaints went unheard and the hotel manager to date has not responded to my e-mails or requests. Laughingly I was offered a 50% discount during my NEXT stay which obviously will never happen.
